With a May due date quickly approaching, the goal was to find the right home so they could settle in and start nesting. Every new mom knows how important that nesting phase is before bringing baby home.

We found the perfect fit in Rancho Peñasquitos, a neighborhood I live in and love. It is one of my favorite places to sell because I believe in it so much. Incredible schools, amazing community, and such a great place to raise a family.
